One of the best things about real estate is that the money you put will be worth more and more over time thanks to inflation and our growing population.
Let's say you bought a home for $200K in 2020 and your down payment was $20K.
That $20K would be worth $26K today according to a report published this year.
And that's if your equity in your property hadn't increased at all, which it had.

Once you find a property, you'll be able to rent it out.
And once you do, your tenants will pay you rent, which will put money in your pocket month after month, even after all expenses are paid.

Banks just love to give you money to buy property.

Most local markets are unaffordable for beginner real estate investors.
Median home prices are tending between $412,300 and $439,716 as of late 2024 according to multiple Newsweek articles.
To put down the standard 20%, you'd have to pull $82,460 -$86,645.80 out of your pocket.
That's just not viable for most real estate investors starting out.
And to make matters worse...
On the one hand, this is great for property owners because this drives up the value of their properties, which means they can sell at a higher price.
On the other hand, this makes it harder and harder as time goes on to buy investment properties for one simple reason:
The higher the price of properties, the more money you have to put down for a down payment.
Fortunately in 2024, you can still find properties - if you know where to look.
There are several ways you can build wealth through real estate as long as you use a strategy that works for you.
Then you will want to find profitable markets and submarkets with precision by understanding hidden metrics that allowed us and our students to build 10-30-50-90 door portfolios (most real estate investors don't know about these - and that's our advantage).
Once you know where to look, you'll want to find affordable properties you can acquire with as little as $10K to your name. This is easily doable as long as you know what to look for.
